2. Emotional Eating Formula

Emotional Eating Formula is a sample set of 3 flower essences to help you control your diet and the emotions that are associated with the eating process.

Chestnut Bud - When you find yourself repeating the same dieting mistakes, Chestnut Bud helps you gain knowledge from your experience.
Crab Apple - When you feel unclean or dislike something about yourself, Crab Apple helps you accept yourself and your imperfections.
Cherry Plum - When you fear you might lose control of your diet. Cherry Plum can help you to think and act rationally. 


Sure that these phrases will seem familiar:                     
"When I feel anxious, I eat too much."
"When I feel sad or alone, I comfort myself eating." 
“When I feel tension, not knowing why, I have such big hunger that pushes me to eat compulsively."
"When I have accomplished something very difficult, I feel that I deserve an award, therefore, I tend to eat."

How to use the Emotional Eating Formula
Depending on your own particular emotions, you may choose to take one, two or all three of the essences contained in the set. Your feelings may vary from day to day so you can change your choices as you wish. Two drops of each chosen essence may be taken directly under the tongue, four times a day. Alternatively, add two drops of each chosen essence to a glass of water and sip at intervals. For convenience when taking several essences at once, add two drops of each chosen essence to an empty 30ml/1oz dropper bottle. Top up with mineral water, adding a teaspoonful of brandy or cider vinegar as a preservative if you wish. From this bottle take four drops at least four times a day.

NOTES:
- We use and buy the Bach Flower Essences from Creature Comforters ® 100% Genuine Bach Flower Essences.
- You can buy each bottle essence and prepare your own formula or buy the formula that I will prepare for you from the
  bottles I have in my office.
- A personalized remedy formula will always be considered for individualized treatment.
- The remedies are not a substitute for any medical treatment.
- In any case, remedies are a great combination with any medical treatment.

Please, be aware that all sample formulas are only "examples" of remedies that can be made. It is best-recommended practice to make individual formulas based on each individual case. The key to the system is selecting a mix on an individual basis. The only pre-selected formulas are the ones made by Dr. Bach and for times when there isn't time to select a personal mix. In this case, Dr. Bach pre-selected formula for emergency use can always be used.
